Originally held On August 14, 2012, this one-hour live webinar is for Radiation Oncologists, Physicists and Dosimetrists interested in gaining knowledge and experience with MammoSite ML radiation therapy treatment planning optimization. This event was presented by Greg Edmundson, M. Sc., Independent Conuslting Physicist from Yuba City, CA. Mr. Edmundson demonstarted how to unleash the dosimetric capabilities of the MammoSite ML Radiation Therapy System (RTS). The highlights of the webinar overviewed optimal Planning Target Volume (PTV) coverage; reducing skin and rib dose in challenging cases; and minimizing V150 and V200 to ensure NSABP B-39 dosimetric compliance.
